PDS-Ibiza 1 is the first project in PDS. It has an area of 2.5 hectares with 379 lots. PDS-Ibiza 1 caters to the low-cost and socialized housing market. To date, all units are sold and construction of the last few units are expected to be completed in 2020.

​On the other hand, PDS-Ibiza 2 caters primarily to the socialized housing market. It likewise has an area of 2.5 hectares. This is Phltown’s first joint venture with Holiday Homes, Inc. (HHI). The project has almost 400 lots shared equally between the proponents. The project was launched in 2015 and fully sold by 2017.
Hacienda Del Sol
The largest of the PDS projects with an area of 19 hectares. Also under joint venture with HHI. Hacienda is designed to cater to the mid-income market. Lot cuts are between 60 sqm to 65 sqm. Upon project completion, Hacienda is expected to have about 1,600 housing units.
