
Code of Business Conduct and Ethics
The Code of Business Conduct and Ethics (the “Code”) is the fusion of values and principles learned from years of relationships inside and outside the organization. The Code shall be our practical guide as we operate our business. It upholds the standards of honesty, mutual respect, dedication, client satisfaction, service orientation and organizational competence.
Employees:
Philtown Properties, Inc. (“Philtown”) commits to having diversity in its work place that fosters mutual trust, respect and cooperation, where everyone acts responsibly to advance individual and company performance, and safeguard the reputation of the Company.
We are committed to working with employees to develop and enhance their skills and abilities, respect their dignity and right to privacy. Philtown is also committed to provide employees safe and healthy working conditions either in its offices or project sites and will not in any way use any form of forced or child labor.
Customer Orientation:
Philtown is committed to creating communities that provide its customers good value in terms of quality, safety, price and reliability, with efficient after sales service. Customers are to be properly oriented on their rights on every home or dwelling that they purchase from us.
Community Involvement:
Philtown is a good corporate citizen and shall exert every effort to fulfill its responsibilities in the communities we operate in.
Environment:
We shall be persistent in ensuring that the company’s projects are environmentally friendly and promote environmental care. We endeavor to work closely with our stakeholders such as neighboring communities and the barangays where our projects are located in.

Corporate Governance:
Philtown endeavors to conduct its business in accordance with the best principles of good corporate governance, through timely, transparent and reliable information on our activities, financial condition and performance to stockholders and stakeholders that require such information.
Compliance to Law:
Philtown, as well as its officers and employees shall thoroughly observe compliance with national and local laws and regulations.

Business Integrity:
Philtown’s officers and employees are prohibited from offering or receiving any gift or payment that may be construed as a bribe. Any demand for or offer of a bribe should be rejected and reported immediately to Management. Values education programs and anti-corruption measures shall be developed and implemented to promote integrity and strengthen our company’s ethics and culture.
Compliance with these principles is essential to Philtown’s success and longevity. The company’s Board of Directors (the “Board”) shall be responsible in ensuring that all these principles are communicated, understood and observed by all employees. Compliance with the Code is subject to review by the Board and supported by the company’s Audit and Corporate Governance Committees. Any violation of the Code must be reported to the Board. The Board expects employees to bring to their attention, or to Management, any violation or suspected violation of these principles. Provisions are in place for employees to be able to report these violations without suffering from doing so.
